Starting a new life

Osiris is a young women that is 26 years old who is currently going to Rio Hondo college. She was born in the state of Guerrero Iguana, Mexico.

Her mom brought her to the US,The reason they came to the United States was because they wanted to have a better life and was hard for them to find a job and they wanted to have a better life. Her dad was already at United States getting a job and a house so they can have somewhere to live. Another reason why she left was because she was getting sick a lot because of the environment they lived in. an example of why she was getting sick a lot was because she would always break out because of the sun being to hot for her skin, and the weather was to rough for her skin and she would get a lot of fevers, allergic.

After Words, the journey wasn't really that hard because her & her mom went by car until they got to TJ. Then they got off the car and crossed the border by foot with their visas. When she got here it was hard for her to speak with other kids/people because all of the other kids were speaking English, and she didn't know any English she only knew how to speak Spanish. Little by little she was learning English in her elementary classes.

If you ask her how was your life before she would say'' It's really hard to say how my life was before because the only life I knew is this.'' Her life today she working in office and she is going college study something for her job.
